Basketball Recap: Rain Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Davidson, Rain was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the Satsuma Gators by a score of 59-52. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Red Raiders considering their 27-point performance the contest before.

With the win, Rain broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-5. As for Satsuma, they moved to 4-3 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coming up, Rain will challenge Escambia County at 7:00 p.m. on December 3. As for Satsuma, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Luke's Episcopal at 7:30 p.m. on December 4.
