Basketball Recap: Donelson Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Donelson Christian Academy lost against Ezell-Harding Christian back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Donelson Christian Academy Wildcats fell 61-50 to the Ezell-Harding Christian Eagles.

Ezell-Harding Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kj Hillhouse, who went 9 of 13 en route to 23 points and six rebounds. Hillhouse is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Zay Bridges, who posted six points in addition to seven assists and seven boards.

Donelson Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Ezell-Harding Christian, their record is now 20-4.

Donelson Christian Academy will square off against Friendship Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Friendship Christian's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 12 matchups. As for Ezell-Harding Christian, they will be playing at home against Davidson Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
