Basketball Recap: East Buchanan Skates Past West Central with Ease

East Buchanan won the last time they faced West Central and things went their way on Monday too. The East Buchanan Buccaneers claimed a resounding 84-19 victory over the West Central Blue Devils. The Buccaneers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 25 points or more this season.

East Buchanan has also been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.3 points per game. As for West Central, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

East Buchanan will head out to face off against Alburnett at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Central, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-13 defeat against MFL MarMac on the 4th.
