Volleyball Game Preview: St. Agnes Aggies vs. St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders

St. Agnes hasn't had much luck against St. Croix Lutheran recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Aggies are taking a road trip to challenge the Crusaders at 6:30 p.m.

St. Agnes saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of Anoka by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for St. Croix Lutheran, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They blew past Hastings 3-0 on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Crusaders in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won five in a row.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-10, 25-16.

St. Croix Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 13-7. As for St. Agnes, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.

St. Agnes suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to St. Croix Lutheran in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Aggies avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
