Baseball Game Preview: Stanley-Boyd Orioles vs. Fall Creek Crickets

Stanley-Boyd is 2-8 against Fall Creek since May of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Orioles will head out to challenge the Crickets at 4:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.

As a matter of fact, Stanley-Boyd put up the most runs they have all season on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over Augusta. The Orioles haven't had any issues with the Beavers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Fall Creek was able to grind out a solid win over Baldwin-Woodville on Saturday, taking the game 12-8.

Fall Creek's victory bumped their record up to 13-3-1. As for Stanley-Boyd, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-10.

Stanley-Boyd came up short against Fall Creek when the teams last played back in May of 2025, falling 7-2. Can the Orioles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
