Basketball Recap: Crane's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to 31

Crane put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Dayville/Monument Tigers 74-27. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Crane pushed their record up to 17-0 with the victory, which was their 26th straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 36.6 points. As for Dayville/Monument, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crane will challenge Adrian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Crane's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Dayville/Monument, they are taking a road trip to challenge Four Rivers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
