Football Recap: Canistota Takes a Loss

Canistota lost against Howard back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hawks had to suffer through a 54-8 loss at the hands of the Tigers. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Canistota now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Howard, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Canistota will square off against Sioux Falls Lutheran at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Howard, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hanson at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
