Soccer Recap: Northampton's Undefeated Season over After Seven Games

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Northampton was a bit more limited in their matchup on Monday. They fell just short of the Emmaus Hornets by a score of 1-0. Northampton were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Emmaus apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, Northampton fell to 6-1. As for Emmaus, their win bumped their record up to 8-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Northampton is set to face off against their familiar foe Freedom at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Emmaus will take on rival Bethlehem Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
