Basketball Recap: Skyline Gets the Win

Skyline picked up another tournament win on Friday. They snuck past the Grapevine Mustangs with a 45-40 win.

Skyline found their leader in freshman Reid Dickson, who posted ten points. Dickson also brought in his first three-point shooting accuracy of the season. Robert Reddick was another key player, putting up four points.

Skyline was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Skyline's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Grapevine, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Skyline didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 59-49 win against Independence on the 21st. As for Grapevine, they have also already played their next matchup, a 49-33 loss against Poteet on the 21st.
