The Daviess County Panthers will face off against the Apollo Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Daviess County is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season.

Daviess County is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 12 runs on Friday, they were much more limited against McCracken County on Saturday. They lost 7-1 to the Mustangs. Apollo was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Logan County only posted a batting average of .160.

Daviess County's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Apollo, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
