Baseball Recap: Belleville West Maroons vs. Collinsville Kahoks

After losing to Collinsville the last time they met, Belleville West decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Maroons walked away with a 10-7 win over the Kahoks on Tuesday. The game was the first time the Maroons have beaten the Kahoks on their field since April 7, 2022.

Brayden Skaer looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
