Naples is a perfect 10-0 against Bloomfield since October of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Big Green Machines will be playing at home against the Bombers at 5:00 p.m. Naples' defense has only allowed 0.3 goals per game this season, so Bloomfield's offense will have their work cut out for them.

While Naples' win against Avoca Central wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Big Green Machines narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Tigers 2-1. Given Naples' advantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 96th, while Avoca Central are ranked 267th) , the result on Monday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Bloomfield didn't have quite enough to beat Honeoye on Friday and fell 2-1. Bloomfield haven't had much luck with Honeoye recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Naples' win bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Bloomfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.

Naples took their victory against Bloomfield when the teams last played back in September by a conclusive 4-1 score. Will the Big Green Machines repeat their success, or do the Bombers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
