Soccer Recap: West Scranton Comes Up Short

After flying high against Forest City on Tuesday, West Scranton came back down to earth. The Invaders lost 4-0 to the Holy Cross Crusaders on Thursday. West Scranton haven't had much luck with Holy Cross recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

West Scranton's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Holy Cross, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4-1 record this season.

West Scranton will challenge Blue Ridge at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Holy Cross, they will take on Mountain View at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
