Volleyball Recap: Weld Central Comes Up Short

Weld Central's tournament run continued when they took on Standley Lake on Saturday. The Rebels took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gators.

Weld Central's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Standley Lake, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-2.

Weld Central will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Elizabeth at 3:15 p.m. As for Standley Lake, they will face off against Greeley Central at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Gators are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
