With a playoff win on the line, Jim Ned rose to the challenge on Friday. They walked away with a 7-3 victory over the Ingram Moore Warriors. This was a revenge game for the Indians: when they faced off against the Warriors on Friday, they had to take a 4-1 loss.

Kye Martinez looked comfortable as he tossed 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 12 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Canton Golson was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Gavin Brooks, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

Jim Ned always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .537. The last time their OBP was this high was back in March.

Jim Ned's win bumped their record up to 19-10. As for Ingram Moore, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 20-7 record this season.
