On Thursday, Grayslake Central earned a 2-0 victory over Lakes. The win continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Buffalo Grove came up short against Prospect on Tuesday and fell 2-0.

While Buffalo Grove was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-23.

Grayslake Central's victory bumped their record up to 25-5. As for Buffalo Grove, they now have a losing record of 14-15.
