Space Coast extended their postseason success on Friday against Bell. They walked away with a 21-14 victory over the Bell Bulldogs. 21 seems to be a good number for the Vipers as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.

Christopher Mcdonel continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 137 yards and two touchdowns. He is becoming a predictor of Space Coast's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 2-3 when he doesn't). Space Coast also got help from Kadyn Thomas, who showed off his sure hands for 83 receiving yards.

Despite the loss, Bell saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Landin Williams rushed for 152 yards and two touchdowns. Williams' rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 110 rushing yards.

Space Coast is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. Those victories were due in large part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 10.4 points per game. As for Bell, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4.
