The North Georgia HomeSchool Tribe's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their sixth straight loss. They suffered a rough 54-33 loss at the hands of Harvester Christian Academy. That's two games in a row now that North Georgia HomeSchool has lost by exactly 21 points.
Harvester Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Kaitlyn Mercier, who scored 23 points along with 6 rebounds and 3 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Mercier has scored at least 25% of Harvester Christian Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Jarielys Vargas, who scored 12 points along with 6 rebounds.
North Georgia HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Harvester Christian Academy, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
