Basketball Recap: Davenport Takes a Loss

Davenport was the 54-48 winner over Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Davenport Gorillas took a 55-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna Broncos on Monday.

Davenport has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.6 points over those games. As for Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna, the victory made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 8-13.

As of now, neither Davenport nor Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna have any future games scheduled.
