Soccer Game Preview: Tippecanoe vs. Bellefontaine

The Tippecanoe Red Devils will be taking part in a tournament against the Bellefontaine Chieftains at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Things were looking good for Tippecanoe after they put the first goal on the board on Tuesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Butler by a score of 2-1. The loss was Tippecanoe's first of the season.

Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Bellefontaine's offense. They came up short against Elida on Saturday, falling 4-0. Bellefontaine haven't had much luck with Elida recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Bellefontaine's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Tippecanoe, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 13-1-2.

Tippecanoe took their victory against Bellefontaine in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 8-0 score. Do the Red Devils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Chieftains turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
