Baseball Recap: New Braunfels Victorious

New Braunfels took a 12-run defeat the last time they faced off against Boerne, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Unicorns had just enough and edged out the Greyhounds 5-4 on Tuesday. That's two games straight that the Unicorns have won by just one run.

New Braunfels has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 21-6 record this season. As for Boerne, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-8.

New Braunfels will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Greyhounds: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
