Boerne waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Smithson Valley Rangers as they made off with a 60-36 victory. The Greyhounds have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Several Rangers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Olivia Lindner, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Cyanna Cavazos, who put up 12 points and five boards.

Boerne has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game. As for Smithson Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-19.

Boerne wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 64-30 win against Boerne-Champion on the 22nd. Smithson Valley has also already played their next matchup, a 65-35 loss against Pieper on the 22nd.
