Sickles came tearing into Tuesday's contest with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Bloomingdale Bulls by a score of 71-62. This was payback for the Gryphons, who suffered a 45-40 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Sickles' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jackson Byam, who posted 11 points and four steals. That's the most steals Byam has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Ov Nicholson, who earned 12 points and seven rebounds.

Sickles smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bloomingdale only pulled down three offensive boards.

When it comes to explaining why Bloomingdale lost, don't look at Kedrin Evans. Despite the final result, he went 6 of 9 from beyond the arc en route to 27 points. With that strong performance, Evans is now averaging an impressive 18 points per game. Reed Crotwell was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Sickles is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.0 points per game. As for Bloomingdale, their loss dropped their record down to 16-7.
