Basketball Preview: Leflore County Tigers vs. Simmons Blue Devils

Leflore County and Simmons are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2018, but not for long. Having just played yesterday, the Leflore County Tigers will get right back to it and host the Simmons Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Leflore County will have to contain Prentavis Madison as he made an impact in Simmons' last game. He went 14 of 27 on his way to 31 points and four steals. With that strong performance, Madison is now averaging an impressive 18.7 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Lebron Morris, who went 5 of 11 on his way to 10 points and eight rebounds.

Simmons' defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Leflore County, their loss dropped their record down to 10-4.
