Baseball Recap: Kent Island Comes Up Short

Kent Island was the 6-3 winner over Easton when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Buccaneers fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday. The Buccaneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kent Island now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Easton, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-4.

Coincidentally, Kent Island and Easton will both be playing Cambridge-South Dorchester the next time they take the field. The Buccaneers will host the Vikings at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Warriors will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
