WF West took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Aberdeen, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bearcats had just enough and edged out the Bobcats 3-2 on Tuesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Bearcats as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

WF West's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Aberdeen, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-5.
