Basketball Game Preview: Lancaster Christian Academy Knights vs. Glencliff Colts

The Lancaster Christian Academy Knights are taking a road trip to take on the Glencliff Colts at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lancaster Christian Academy will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line.

Last Tuesday, Lancaster Christian Academy got the win against Franklin Classical School by a conclusive 64-43. Lancaster Christian Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 21 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Josh Whitt, who went 8 of 13 en route to 22 points along with six boards and five steals. The contest was his 14th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Bragg, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 14 points and three steals.

Meanwhile, Glencliff took a blow against East Nashville Magnet on Tuesday, falling 86-36.

Lancaster Christian Academy pushed their record up to 10-0 with the victory, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30.3 points. As for Glencliff, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Lancaster Christian Academy might still be hurting after the 57-33 loss they got from Glencliff when the teams last played back in December of 2015. Can Lancaster Christian Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
