Hamilton came tearing into Monday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.2 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the California Military Institute Rough Riders with a sharp 24-13 win. The Bobcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by six runs or more this season.

Hamilton pushed their record up to 11-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.3 runs over those games. As for California Military Institute, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Looking ahead, Hamilton will head out to square off against Desert Christian Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Conquerors have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.71 runs per game on average), something the Bobcats will no doubt try to take advantage of.
