Basketball Recap: Navajo Pine Comes Up Short

Navajo Pine's tournament run continued when they took on Socorro on Friday. Navajo Pine came up short against Socorro, falling 67-45.

Despite the loss, Navajo Pine saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Chad Tsosie posted 13 points.

Navajo Pine's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Socorro, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Navajo Pine will be playing at home against Tse' Yi' Gai at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Socorro, they will challenge Melrose at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.
