Volleyball Recap: Creston Victorious

Creston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Tri-Center Trojans. The Panthers were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Trojans, so the Panthers were just returning the favor.

The victory got Creston back to even at 7-7. As for Tri-Center, their loss dropped their record down to 4-9.

Looking ahead, Creston will face off against Clarinda at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Cardinals will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Tri-Center, they have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Fremont-Mills on the 20th.
