Basketball Recap: AuSable Valley Takes a Loss

AuSable Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 51-46 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ticonderoga Sentinels. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 62-53 back in January.

AuSable Valley's record is now 4-9. As for Ticonderoga, their win bumped their record up to 10-7.

AuSable Valley has already played their next match (against Chazy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Ticonderoga is taking a road trip to square off against Saranac Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ticonderoga is facing Saranac Lake at the right time seeing as Saranac Lake is stuck on a 14-game losing streak.
