Softball Recap: Reading Comes Up Short

Reading came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Tulpehocken Trojans, falling 20-3.

Reading dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Reading will head out to face off against William Penn at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Tulpehocken, they will head out on the road to square off against Eastern Lebanon County at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
