Preview: Mountainside Wolves vs. Glendale Prep Academy Griffins
Mountainside is 0-3 against the Griffins since January of 2023 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Mountainside Wolves will be playing in front of their home fans against the Glendale Prep Academy Griffins at 5:30 p.m. Mountainside is out to stop a 12-game streak of losses at home dating back to last season.
Last Thursday, Mountainside was beaten by the Honey Badgers 89-29. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Mountainside in their matchups with the Honey Badgers: they've now lost six in a row.
Meanwhile, Glendale Prep Academy beat the Spartans 34-26 on Wednesday.
Mountainside's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Glendale Prep Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-11.
