Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Auburndale). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Ridge Community Bolts 45-6. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Bloodhounds considering their three-point performance the game before.

Auburndale didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Gavin Hall and Kris Williams. Williams got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Auburndale pushed their record up to 4-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 32.5 points over those games. As for Ridge Community, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Auburndale has already played their next matchup, a 42-0 victory against Poinciana on the 10th. As for Ridge Community, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 38-7 win against Haines City on the 10th.
