Baseball Recap: Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center Takes a Loss

Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 9-4 to the Woodward-Granger Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Woodward-Granger this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-4 on June 9th.

Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10-1. As for Woodward-Granger, the win got them back to even at 9-9-1.

When Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center and Woodward-Granger next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center will try to stop Earlham's three-game winning streak when they meet at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Woodward-Granger will face off against Pleasantville and their 19-game winning streak at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
