Mt. Zion extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping them up to 22-13. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 victory over the Meridian Hawks. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Braves have posted since May 10, 2025.

Journey Snow looked comfortable as she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 14 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Savannah Beiler, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Ana Kanemaru, who went 2-for-3 with one triple and one run.
