It was a good run, but East Mills unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a hard 60-41 fall against the Stanton Vikings. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against East Mills this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 43-11 on January 6th.

East Mills' defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Stanton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Mills will head out to face off against Fremont-Mills at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fremont-Mills will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something East Mills surely won't give up without a fight. As for Stanton, they are taking a road trip to square off against Sidney at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
