Basketball Game Preview: Northern Adirondack Bobcats vs. Plattsburgh Hornets

Having just played yesterday, the Northern Adirondack Bobcats will head out on the road to face off against the Plattsburgh Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Plattsburgh took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Northern Adirondack, who comes in off a win.

Northern Adirondack is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Seton Catholic Central: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Northern Adirondack blew Seton Catholic Central out of the water with a 68-35 final score. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bobcats.

Meanwhile, Plattsburgh came up short against Ogdensburg Free Academy on Saturday and fell 62-51. The Hornets haven't had much luck with the Blue Devils recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Northern Adirondack now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Plattsburgh, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.

Northern Adirondack lost to Plattsburgh on the road by a decisive 69-52 margin when the teams last played back in January of 2024. Can Northern Adirondack avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
