Volleyball Recap: San Pasqual Valley Takes a Loss

San Pasqual Valley lost against Salome back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Warriors came up short against the Frogs, falling 3-0.

San Pasqual Valley took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-16, 25-19.

Brittny Soberanes had a dynamite game For Salome., getting 18 assists and seven aces. Those seven aces gave Soberanes a new career-high.

San Pasqual Valley's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Salome, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-5 record this season.

San Pasqual Valley will head out on the road to face off against Anthem Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Salome does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
