Baseball Recap: Orangeville Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Orangeville can now relate to. They lost 11-1 to the River Ridge/Scales Mound Wildcats on Monday. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Broncos couldn't push the score so high this time.

Orangeville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Boden Gustafson, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Orangeville dropped their record down to 3-20 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for River Ridge/Scales Mound, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-14.

As of now, neither Orangeville nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
