Marbury has gone a perfect 9-0 against Chilton County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 5:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Marbury has five straight wins, Chilton County has six straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Marbury's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over Demopolis. Considering Marbury have won eight games by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Chilton County's offense. They came up short against Sylacauga on Thursday, falling 4-0.

Marbury's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those three contests. As for Chilton County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-16-1.
