Crater had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs) and they went ahead and made it eight on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Springfield Millers as they made off with a 14-2 win. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 20-0 win on Thursday.

Crater's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-8.
