Baseball Recap: Jackson Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Jackson's offense. They fell just short of the Lake Stevens Vikings by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. The Timberwolves have struggled against the Vikings recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Lake Stevens, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-4.

Looking ahead, Lake Stevens will challenge Monroe at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Jackson will be paying especially close attention to the Vikings' matchup: after the Vikings face off against the Bearcats, they'll take on Jackson again at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
