Baseball Recap: Easton Has No Trouble Against Colonel Richardson

It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Easton ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Colonel Richardson Colonels. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Dylan Cassell, who went 2-for-5 with one home run and four RBI. Carter Mooney also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Easton's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Colonel Richardson, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.
