Volleyball Game Preview: Licking Wildcats vs. Laquey Hornets

The Licking Wildcats will square off against the Laquey Hornets on Saturday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Licking lost 3-0 to Sullivan on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-18, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Laquey came up short against Conway on Monday, falling 3-0.

Laquey took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17, 25-18.

Licking has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-13-4 record this season. As for Laquey, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
