Softball Recap: Lynbrook Takes a Loss

The Lynbrook Vikings came up short against the Menlo-Atherton Bears on Saturday, falling 18-2. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Audrey Lee was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one double.

Lynbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Menlo-Atherton, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

Lynbrook wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 18-2 loss against Saratoga on the 2nd. As for Menlo-Atherton, they have also already played their next game, a 15-1 defeat against Woodside on the 1st.
