Lincolnview has gone a perfect 8-0 against Hicksville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Lancers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Aces at 11:00 a.m. The timing is sure in Lincolnview's favor as the squad sits on ten straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Hicksville has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road.

Lincolnview's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Spencerville with a sharp 14-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Lancers, who have now won nine games by six runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Hicksville hadn't done well against Antwerp recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Aces came out on top in a nail-biter against the Archers, sneaking past 4-2.

Kennedy Adams spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on six hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Hicksville's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Mckenna Baird, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.

Lincolnview has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.1 runs on average over those games. As for Hicksville, their win bumped their record up to 6-7.

Lincolnview was able to grind out a solid victory over Hicksville in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 9-4. Do the Lancers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Aces turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
