Soccer Recap: Arlington Takes a Loss

After flying high against Munford on Friday, Arlington came back down to earth. The Tigers came up short against the Houston Mustangs on Tuesday, falling 5-0. It was the first time this season that Arlington let down their fans at home.

Arlington's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Houston, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3-2.

Arlington and Houston should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Tennessee Rankings. The Tigers will square off against White Station at 6:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (23 vs. 91). Meanwhile, Houston (ranked ninth) will meet Munford (ranked 172nd) at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
