After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Southwest SD, Chula Vista was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Castle Park Trojans by a score of 3-1. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Chula Vista's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 10-19. As for Castle Park, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Chula Vista is set to face off against their familiar foe San Ysidro at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Castle Park will challenge rival Southwest SD at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
