Baseball Game Preview: Milford Tigers vs. Parowan Rams

The Milford Tigers are taking a road trip to take on the Parowan Rams at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Milford fell victim to Enterprise and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Wolves, falling 8-0. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Parowan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 10-3 to Kanab.

Parowan saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Josh Waller, who scored a run while going 1-for-4. Waller also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

Parowan's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Milford, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.

Milford was able to grind out a solid victory over Parowan when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 8-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
